About the Project

This project features three major structures on 40 acres of land including a new 36,000SF Administration building, a new 17,400SF Warehouse, and a 21,400SF Truck Repair and Storage Facility.  The complex also has a fueling station as well as a large secured area for storage, lay-down of equipment and inventory.

 

The Administration building is organized into departments surrounding a formal courtyard, sheltered from the wind and framed by trellises, providing as area for group gatherings and informal meetings and events.  Spaces included general office, conference rooms, board room, open office space, multipurpose rooms, command center, main server room, fitness area, break room, and general use spaces.

 

The project includes full HVAC (Chill Water, Hot Water System), plumbing systems (Domestic water, sanitary sewer, oil and sand separators), Fuel Systems, Lighting, Lighting Control, Power, Energy Management Controls, Public Address System, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler System, secured electronics, CCTV, as well as Communication systems (Horizontal Cable Distribution), Cable TV, and lighting protection. An Emergency generator with remote fueling and a UPS system are designed to support operational needs as well as support the life safety systems of the building.
