About the Project

This project consisted of a renovation of an existing three-story building with full basement. The existing building is being converted into an Advanced Individual Training Barracks with approximately 284 beds. The basement is being converted into office space. This project involved the design of a new Fire Alarm and Mass Notification System. Project cost is estimated at $18.8 million. This project was a design/build project.
