About the Project

One of four recently designed and constructed 9th Grade campuses for United ISD in Laredo, Texas. The building consist of over 200,000SF with two gymnasiums, kitchen, cafeteria, library, administration areas, learning center, science and art labs.  The school was designed to handle 1000 students.  The mechanical HVAC system was designed with air cooled chillers and a state of the art building automation system.  LED lights were used throughout provide sustainable lighting for the building.
